Fiber patch panels, also known as optical distribution frame units, are installed in 1U high and 19-inch standard distribution frames to the ODF, providing flexible cable access. There are two types of 12 port patch panels, SC and FC. This can be installed in the frame with an outer cover and can be pulled forward by two reels attached to it.
